- Eat a healthy breakfast- I know that it sounds so redundant, but it is true. Starting the day off with some good protein is a way to help kick start your metabolism for the day. My favorites are eggs, peanut butter and toast, and yogurt with cereal. Of course, I eat all with a piece of fruit too.
- Drink of water throughout the day- Staying hydrated throughout the day is very important. It boosts our energy levels which keeps you highly motivated throughout the day.
- Eat your fruits and vegetables- Both fruits and vegetables contain nutrients important for your body. To keep a healthy lifestyle you should be eating a good amount of them each day.
- Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!- Exercising helps improve everyone's fitness levels. It also improves our well-being. You can do anything from a walk to joining to playing a sport.
This along with many other things will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle and avoid having medical concerns like seizures!
